CASE FILLING MACHINE WJ-DZX-6/12

本机采用单个大链轮结构，由链条来回往复式的移动，带动夹具结构动行。根据产量可配一套或两套夹具，适用于小规模生产，占地面积小，对于节省生产人力物力、提高产量具有较为明显的优势。本机采用PLC+触摸显示屏控制，设有缺瓶报警停机和无瓶不装箱安全装置。适用各种类型的产品，如PET瓶、PP瓶、各类塑料瓶、玻璃瓶、异形瓶、易拉罐、铝罐等，应用行业广泛。

This machine type DZX-6(DZX-12) has one or two large chain structure ,reciprocating movement ,back and forth by the chain drive the fixtures . According to production can match one set or two sets of fixtures,suitable for small-scale production ,cover an small area ,for saving production resources ,increase production has more obvious advantage . This machine adopts PLC touching screen ,there is lack of bottle alarm downtime and no bottle no packing safety device .For various types of products such as PET bottle ,PP bottle ,all kinds of plastic ,glass bottles,,special-shaped bottles,cans,etc.
