DJ-1C2 Semi-automatic Powder Packaging Machine Details

该系列自动定量包装秤主要构成部件有进料机构、称重机构、气动放料机构、夹袋机构、除尘机构、电控部分等组成的一体化自动包装系统。该系统设备通常用于对固体颗粒状物料以及粉末状物料进行快速、定量的敞口袋定量称重包装，如大米、豆类、奶粉、饲料、金属粉末、塑料颗粒及各种化工原料。Automatic fixed-quantity packaging steelyard of this series including feeeding-in, weighing, pneumatic discharging, bag-clamping, dust removal, electrical-controlling integrated autormated packaging system. This system weighing packing for solid grain mally used for open pocket fast and quantitative materialand powder material, such as rice, legume, milk powder, feedstuff, metal powder, plastic granule and all kinds of chernical raw material。

● 气动夹袋器，密封性好，大小可更换，能够适应多种尺寸包装袋；

● 可选喂料方式，双螺旋、双振动、自由落料；

● 加配皮带输送机、缝包机、折边机或热合机等可以成为成套包装系统。
