-Selection of screw (pitch size)

-dependinging on flow rate and differential pressure

-The higher the pressure the smaller the screw pitch size (proportional pressure build up)

-更高的出口压力，选择更小的螺杆间距

-The higher the volume flow the bigger is the screw pitch size

-更大的流量，选择更大的螺杆间距

-The smaller the screw pitch size the better is the suction power

-螺杆间距越小， 自吸力越强

-Shear senstive products need more closed chambers to reduce backflow

-剪切敏感产品选择更小的密封腔减小回流剪切

-Abrasive products need low rpm and sufficient closed chambers for min back flow/slippage over  the clearance

-磨蚀性产品需要降低运行转速，并且足够小的密封腔，减小回流和运行的磨损
