Application:
1. Food Additives
Lactic acid has a strong antiseptic and fresh-keeping effect. It can be used in fruit wine, beverages, meat, food, pastry making, vegetable (olive, cucumber, pearl onion) pickling, canning processing, grain processing, and fruit storage. It can adjust the pH value , antibacterial, prolong shelf life, seasoning, maintain food color, improve product quality, etc.
2. Medicine
Widely used as preservatives, carriers, co-solvents, pharmaceutical preparations, pH regulators, etc., in medicine.
3. Cosmetics
Lactic acid is used as a humectant in a variety of bath products such as intimate body washes, bar soaps, and body lotions. Acts as a pH adjuster in liquid soaps, bar soaps and shampoos. In addition, lactic acid is added to the bar soap to reduce water loss during storage, thus preventing the bar from drying out.
4. Agriculture and Livestock
