Carbet Medica S.r.l. was founded in 2016 by Dr. Maria Elena Carrabetta, a Food Scientist and Technologist specialized in Phytotherapy and Clinical Nutrition at the Universities of Milan and Siena. With over 20 years of experience in CDMO and manufacturing companies, and a solid technical and scientific background in the field of nutritional and food supplements, she decided to establish her own com pany. The aim was to introduce a new product line offered both as private label and, in part, as branded products, with a strong focus on sustainability, including green living concepts and microplastic-free packaging solutions. Carbet Medica is an authorized manufacturing site under Italian legislation and is GMP-certified. As a manufacturer, the company continues its growth by offering more than 200 formulations — including liquids, solids, and bi-phasic probiotics — under a B2B business model or as private label products.
